Care: Pottery can last for generations if taken care of properly. Be careful to avoid sudden changes in temperature, such as a submerging a hot pot in cold water or placing a frozen pot in the oven. These pieces are not for stovetop use.
The glazes on these pots are durable but not indestructible. Rather than scraping baked-on food, let it soak in hot, soapy water, and then scrub with a sponge.
